This insurance-backed option means that you are guaranteed your rent on time every month, even if your tenant doesn't pay.
Even without this option, we will collect the rent every month and forward it to your account, minus our fees. You will also receive monthly statements and a yearly rent review. One of the advantages of Rent Collection over Let Only is that we will register your deposit with a government approved deposit protection scheme, which, as you will know, is a legal requirement.
Not everyone wishes to manage their own properties, and if you're thinking that this might be you then take a look at our Full Management package. Encompassing everything that is included within our Let Only and Rent Collection services, Full Management is our most comprehensive service for landlords.
We will be the first point of call for your tenants should something go wrong or need repair. We have a 24/7 emergency line, because things always break at the worst moments. It is important that repairs are handled properly and swiftly, so we use only qualified and quality tradesmen.
In addition we will organise the maintenance of your property and to ensure you're compliant at all times, we keep accurate records so that we know when the next checks are due. Our regular property inspections will keep you up to date, but we are also there to answer any concerns your tenant may have.
